Early life and education
Courtney was raised in the USA by her parents, about whom nothing’s known as she respects their privacy; it’s believed that her father was a businessman, and that her mother was an attorney. Because Courtney hasn’t spoken of having any siblings, most people believe her to be an only child.
She became interested in modelling while still attending a local elementary school; Courtney’s peers all had the same idea, so the girls occasionally bought fashion magazines, and admired the models featured in these.

Courtney’s interest grew stronger upon enrolling at a local high school in 1992, and she took on various sports, wanting to shape her figure and have it ready for when time came to launch her modelling career. Before she matriculated in 1996, she was discovered by a scout, signed her first contract, and thus didn’t pursue a college degree.

Courtney worked as a model for more than 10 years, and became quite popular in the US, however, she stopped modelling after she gave birth to her and Mike’s first child.
She has a single acting credit: Courtney starred in the 2017 drama film “1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8”, written and directed by Francisco Monarrez, and which also starred Enrique Penn and Tyler Tobyne. It follows several people who have been introduced to dance.
Love life and relationships
Courtney and Mike were introduced by a mutual friend at a party in 2002, and it was love at first sight for Mike. It took him a couple of minutes to gather the courage to approach her, and after doing so, he only said ‘hi’ and left the room. After returning, Mike struck-up a conversation, but was rather rude to Courtney; however, she has stated that she was already used to men being intimidated by her, and knew how to handle it.
When the party ended, Mike ‘phoned his mother and told her that he had met his future wife.
The two exchanged vows in January 2003, in a private ceremony attended by only the closest of their friends and family members, and bought a house in Nashville, Tennessee where they’re living today.
In 2007, Courtney gave birth to their daughter Cassy Renee, and in 2009 to their son Charlee B; Courtney gave birth to their second son Gabriel James in 2013.

Hobbies and other interests
Courtney likes to travel, and while she was still active in the modelling industry, she travelled all around the US, as well as to a couple of European and Asian countries; her dream travel destination is Hawaii.
She’s a fashionista and a shopaholic, as she goes shopping for clothes at least once a week.
Courtney is physically quite active, and has multiple training sessions at the gym every week, thus her slim figure. She also enjoys playing volleyball with her friends, and going hiking with her family.
She enjoys watching movies late at night – her favorite actor and actress are Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep, while a couple of her favorite films include “You’ve Got Mail”, “Sleepless in Seattle” and “The Bridges of Madison County”.
