Who is Jack Schlossberg?
American lawyer John Bouvier Kennedy ‘Jack’ Schlossberg was born in New York City USA on 19 January 1993, so Capricorn’s his zodiac sign. He’s perhaps known best for being the only grandson of the late American politician John Fitzgerald Kenney aka JFK, who was the 35th US President, serving from 1961 until his assassination on 22 November 1963.
Education and early life
Jack was raised in New York City alongside his two older sisters Tatiana and Rose, by their mother Caroline Kennedy who’s an American lawyer, attorney and US Ambassador to Australia, and father Edwin Schlossberg who’s an American author, artist and interactive experiences designer. Jack was named after his maternal grandfather JFK and maternal great-grandfather John Vernou Bouvier III, who was an American Wall Street stockbroker; Jack was raised Catholic but also observes Jewish traditions.
Jack’s sister Tatiana Celia Kennedy Schlossberg is an author and journalist, and his other sister Rose Kennedy Schlossberg is an actress; following Jack’s maternal uncle John F. Kennedy Jr’s death in 1999, he became the only male descendant of JFK.
He was attending eight grade when he co-founded the non-profit organization ReLight New York, which raised over $100,000 to be donated to the development of low-income housings. Jack studied at the independent school for boys Collegiate School in Manhattan, New York City from which he matriculated in 2011, and he then enrolled at Yale University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in history in 2015; he was interested in journalism while at college, and wrote columns for both “Yale Herald” and “Yale Daily News”. Jack was into a number of other activities while at Yale, as he completed his emergency medical technician training and spent one of his summers clearing toxic waste from polluted areas.
Jack continued his education at Harvard Law School, and earned his Juris Doctor degree in February 2022.
Jack’s career
Upon graduating from Yale, in October 2015, Jack moved to Tokyo, Japan and began working at the Japanese internet company Rakuten, Inc.

In 2016, he started working at the Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs as a staff assistant, while the following year saw him join the Japanese brewing and distilling company Suntory Holdings Limited.
Jack’s made numerous public appearances since November 2013, when he attended the Medal of Freedom Award Dinner, held to commemorate 50 years since his grandfather’s death. He then joined the JFK Library New Frontier Award Committee, and was in 2014 the host of the Profile in Courage Awards.
While Jack’s mother was serving as the US Ambassador to Japan from 2013 through 2017, Jack often accompanied her during her duties and made a number of public appearances; they visited Japan’s Fukushima Prefecture in May 2014, and on 5 May toured around the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. They welcomed US Secretary of State Joh Kerry on 10 April 2016, when he came to Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan to attend a G7 meeting.
Jack was the one to present US Congressman Carlos Curbelo and American environmental activist May Boeve with New Frontier Awards in November 2017.
Most recently, in August 2020, he and his mother appeared alongside during the second night of the 2020 Democratic National Convention, while Jack also gave a speech.
Jack’s also had a stint in the film industry, playing Officer Jack Hammer in the 2018 episode “My Aim Is True” of the crime mystery “Blue Bloods”, which Robin Green and Mitchell Burgess created, and which stars Will Estes, Bridget Moynahan and Donnie Wahlberg. It follows the lives of several police officers who belong to the same family, the series has been airing since 2010 and has won four of its 21 award nominations.
Presence on the internet
Jack’s active on several social media networks and is followed by close to 100,000 people on Instagram, while he’s uploaded over 400 pictures and videos, with most of these showing him during his everyday life.
He’s tweeted close to 150 times since the launch of his Twitter account in February 2014, and there are today close to 50,000 people following him on this social media network; he mostly tweets about politics.
Love life and relationships
Jack avoid speaking about his love life in public, but it’s been revealed that he’s today in a relationship with American social media personality and YouTuber Orion Carloto.
Jack and Orion met at the Coachella music festival on 7 May 2022; she’s followed by close to a million people on Instagram, and has posted nearly 300 pictures and videos onto the social media network, with most of these showing her during her everyday life. She launched her self-titled YouTube channel on 6 July 2011 and there are today nearly 500,000 people subscribed to it, while all of Orion’s videos combined have been watched close to 20 million times.
Jack hasn’t mentioned other girls whom he’s maybe been with, he’s in a relationship with Orion Carloto as of March 2023, hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.

Jack stated in September 2012, when he was 19 years old that he was more interested in public service than in politics.
The monthly magazine “Vanity Fair” featured Jack on their ‘Best Dressed List’, compiled in 2017.
Jack’s physically highly active and enjoys plays numerous sports, including skiing, paddleboarding and soccer.
He’s passionate about travelling and has been all around the world, mostly thanks to his career; Jack’s favorite city to travel to is Kyoto, Japan.
He’s a huge lover of animals, and it’s believed that he’s donated money to several animal shelters.
