Briahna was born in Washington, DC USA, on 15 August 1985 – her zodiac sign is Leo, and she holds American nationality. Early life and education
Briahna was raised in Washington, DC by her parents, about whom not a lot is known as she respects their privacy; she hasn’t revealed their names, but has shared that they were both elementary school teachers. Briahna launched her career in July 2006, when she began a summer internship at “Science Magazine”, which lasted for a full two months.
She joined Kobre & Kim LLP as a legal analyst in July 2007, and was with them for a year and two months.
In July 2009, Briahna began working as a legal intern at Children’s Hospital Boston in Massachusetts, staying there for two months.
She joined Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP as a summer associate in June 2010, staying there for two months, as well.
Briahna began attracting attention in March 2012, when hired to work at EDNY as a law clerk, moving to Eastern District of New York for the job, which she held it for 13 months.
She returned to Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP as an associate in March 2013, and quit after a year and a half.

In 2014, Briahna began working at Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky LLP as an associate, a job which she went on to hold for four years.
She joined The Intercept as the senior politics editor in May 2018; Briahna had moved to New York City for the job, and left a year later.
It was in April 2019 that she began working for Bernie Sanders as his National Press Secretary, a job which she held until Bernie dropped out as a 2020 Democratic Party presidential candidate; Briahna then revealed that she wouldn’t be endorsing Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, while Bernie stated that not voting for Biden would be irresponsible.

Briahna was the host of the podcast “Someone’s Wrong on the Internet”, which was about pop culture and politics.
She’s written columns for many popular magazines, such as “The Guardian”, “Current Affairs” and “Rolling Stone”.
Briahna’s been featured in many news shows, including “The Majority Report with Sam Seder”, “CBS News” and “The Michael Brooks Show”.
She’s today the co-host of the podcast “Bad Faith”, together with Virgil Texas.

Briahna’s quite active on Instagram, and is today followed by close to 20,000 people, while she’s uploaded over 800 pictures and videos onto the network, most of which feature her during her everyday life, thus revealing a lot about her.
