American actress Kirsten Caroline Dunst was born in Point Pleasant, New Jersey USA, on 30 April 1982, meaning that her zodiac sign’s Taurus. She’s had roles in nearly 90 movies and TV series, and is probably best known for her playing Mary Jane Watson, one of the lead characters in the 2002 action adventure science fiction movie “Spider-Man”, directed by Sam Raimi, and which also starred Tobey Maguire and Willem Dafoe. It follows the beginnings of Spiderman, and the movie won 16 of its 81 award nominations, including two Oscar nominations for Best Sound and Best Visual Effects.

Kirsten was raised in Point Pleasant alongside her brother Christian Dunst, by their father who was a medical services executive at Siemens, and their mother who was a flight attendant with Lufthansa; Kirsten’s parents divorced when she was 11, and she and her brother then moved to Los Angeles, California with their mother.
