Nicky was raised in New York City alongside her sister Paris and their younger brothers Baron Hilton II and Conrad Hilton III, by their father Richard Hilton who’s an American businessman and hotel heir, and mother Kathy Hilton (nee Avanzino) who’s a retired actress. Nicky studied at the all-girls Catholic school Convent of the Sacred Heart, from which she matriculated in 2001; she then attended both Parsons The New School for Design and The Fashion Institute of Technology, but didn’t graduate.

She’s also done a bit of modelling work, having been the face of Australian underwear line Antz Pantz in 2005, while she then appeared on the cover page of the magazine “Lucire” in Romania and New Zealand.
Nicky’s worked on a number of other projects, as she and her partner opened two Nicky O Hotels in Miami, Florida and Chicago, Illinois in 2006; she sued her partner in Los Angeles Federal Court after he had used her name without her approval, while he then sued her for breach of contract on 12 February 2007.
Nicky’s also an author, having published her book “365 Style” in 2014.
She dedicates a lot of her spare time to philanthropic activities, and some of the organizations which she’s worked with include Union Rescue Mission, Race to Erase MS and Make-a-wish Foundation.
