Colin Lewis Dillingham was born on 24 November 1977, in Sacramento, California USA, to acting couple Tom Hanks and Samantha Lewes(nee Dillingham). Better known as Colin Hanks – his name changed when his parents married in 1978 – he is an actor, producer, director and writer, with some of his most famous roles being in the “Orange County” movie (2002), and various television series like “Roswell” (1999-2001), “Band of Brothers” (2001), “The Good Guys” (2010), “Dexter” (2011), and “Fargo” (2014).

In his personal life, Colin Hanks married Samantha Bryant in 2009 and they have two children. Hanks is a big sports fan, including the San Francisco Giants baseball team, San Francisco 49ers football team, and Sacramento Kings and Los Angeles Lakers basketball teams, even becoming the official playoff correspondent for the “Kevin and Bean” morning show for seasons 2012 and 2013.
