Who is Alessandra Rosaldo?
Alejandra Sanchez Barrero was born in Mexico City, on 11 September 1971 – her zodiac sign is Virgo, and she holds Mexican nationality. She’s an actress, model and singer, with exactly 20 acting credits to her name, probably known best for her portrayal of Renee in the 2013 comedy movie “Instructions Not Included”. It was directed by Eugenio Derbez, who also starred in it alongside Karla Souza and Jessica Lindsey, and the movie follows a man who’s been raising a girl whom he found on his doorstep for six years, while the girl’s mother now wants her daughter back; it won five of the seven awards for which it was nominated.

Early life and education
Alessandra was raised alongside her younger sisters Mariana and Valeria in Mexico City, by their father Jaime Sanchez Rosado who was a pop music producer, and their mother Gabriela Barrero who was a housewife.
Alessandra became interested in music at a quite an early age, mostly because her father often took her to his studio; she met various successful musicians, and was 12 when she started working for her father as a studio backup singer.
Alessandra studied at Colegio Aleman Alexander von Humboldt, and was mostly into languages during her time there; she became fluent in both English and German by the time she enrolled at American School Foundation high school, from which she matriculated in 1990.
She didn’t pursue a college degree, but continued working for her father until 1999, when she launched her acting career.

Alessandra made her debut TV series appearance in 1999, when cast to play Brenda Sakal in the musical “DKDA: Sueños de Juventud”, and gained recognition two years later, when she starred as La Flower in the family drama “Adventures in Time”; the series also starred Maribel Guardia and Ricardo Chavez, and follows Violeta Flores who’s found her grandfather’s time machine.
