Have you ever wondered how rich Young Dolph is, as of late 2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Dolph’s net worth is as high as $5 million, an amount earned through his successful career in the music industry, active since 2008.

Young Dolph Net Worth $5 Million

Although born in Chicago, he spent his childhood in Memphis, Tennessee, following the move of his entire family including four siblings. Raised by his grandmother, as his parents were both drug dealers and often caught by police, he had to find his own way to support himself and the rest of the family. He turned to music, and once his grandmother passed away in 2008 from lung cancer, Young Dolph made his love for music a professional career. Also, that year was even more tragic, as he suffered life-threatening injuries in a car accident, but managed to recover. He then started his own record label – Paper Route Empire – and began producing his own music, starting with underground mixtapes “Paper Route Campaign” (2008), “Welcome 2 Dolph World” (2010), “High-Class Street Music” (2011) and several others, which only put him on the rap scene of Memphis. His name was steadily becoming more popular, and in 2015 he compiled his first collaboration with other popular rappers. He worked with Colonel Loud, T.I., and Ricco Barrino on the song “California”, and also with O.T. Genasis on the song “Cut It”, which increased his net worth too.

Encouraged by his success in the underground rap scene, Young Dolph decided to take his career onto the next level, by recording his first full-length studio album; with the help of such musicians and producers as Zaytoven, Drumma Boy, TM88, Nard & B, and Mike Will Made It, among others, the album entitled “King of Memphis” was out in February 2016, and spawned such hits as “Royalty”, and “Get Paid”, which helped increase his popularity and net worth.

Moving forward, Dolph released a couple more mixtapes in 2016, while the next year has been quite turbulent for this musician. In early 2017, he was involved in a shooting in Charlotte, North Carolina; apparently, unknown attackers shot around 100 rounds into his vehicle. Yo Gotti, a rapper with who Young Dolph is in a feud was regarded as a person of interest, though no charges were laid. Luckily, Young Dolph was unharmed and later released the album “Bulletproof”, which spawned such hits as “100 Shots”, “That’s How I Feel”, and “In Charlotte”, further increasing his net worth, but also promoting Young Dolph to be one of the most popular hip-hop artists of the year. In September 2017, Young Dolph was again the target of a shooting, and though suffering multiple wounds, he has recovered completely, and in October released his fourth studio album “Thinking Out Loud”. Though Yo Gotti wasn’t one of the suspects, an affiliate named Corey McClendon was arrested.

Regardless, the album has become his highest charting album to date, reaching No. 16 on the US Billboard 200, and spawning such hits as “Drippy”, “While U Here” and “Believe Me”, which has added a substantial amount to his net worth.

When it comes to his personal life, the popular rapper hasn’t revealed his most intimate details, and his relationship status remains a mystery to the present day.
