Who is Susanna Skaggs?
American actress, model and social media personality Susanna Skaggs, was born under the zodiac sign Virgo on 14 September 2001, in Apex, North Carolina USA. She has four acting credits, and is perhaps known best for portraying the lead character Lina Emerson in the 2022 romantic comedy film “Love & Gelato”, written and directed by Brandon Camp, and which also starred Owen McDonnell and Tobia De Angelis. She became passionate about acting when she joined her elementary school’s drama club and appeared in her first school play; Susanna initially enjoyed this as a hobby, and didn’t plan on pursuing a career in the film industry. She enrolled at local high school in 2016, and it was in the following year that she made her TV series debut, playing Haley Clark in 10 episodes of the drama “Halt and Catch Fire”, created by Christopher C. Rogers and Christopher Cantwell, and which starred Lee Pace, Scoot McNairy and Christopher C. Rogers. It follows the lives of several people who were involved in the ‘80s technological revolution, the series aired from 2014 through 2017, and won two of its 16 award nominations.
Susanna matriculated in 2020, and then enrolled at Wake Technical Community College, putting her acting career on stand-by to focus on her studies; she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 202,3 and then enrolled at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to pursue a Master’s degree, which she should be earning in 2025.

Acting credits
The year 2018 saw Susanna play Grace in the episodes “Let’s Go Roaming” and “Andale” of the crime mystery “Mr. Mercedes”, which David E. Kelley created, and which starred Brendan Gleeson, Jharrel Jerome and Holland Taylor. It follows a detective as he’s trying to catch the psychopathic killer who’s driven a stolen Mercedes into a crowd; the series aired from 2017 through 2019 and won one of its 12 award nominations.
Susanna’s only other role has been playing Young Polaris in the 2018 episode “The Dream” of the action fantasy “The Gifted”, which Matt Nix created, and which starred Sean Teale, Amy Acker and Stephen Moyer. It follows a group of people working with an institute for mutants that aims to achieve peace between humans and the mutants, the series aired from 2017 through 2019, and was nominated for two awards.
