Kay then walked away but Oscar walked outside and the two started arguing. Kay then reportedly pulled a gun and shot him in the neck and chest. Oscar was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he passed away. After being named as the main suspect, Kay turned himself to the police. He is now charged with first-degree murder, and is represented by the famous lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman, who represented Mexican drug lord Joaquín ‘El Chapo’ Guzmán at his 2019 US federal trial.
