Who is Coy Stewart?

Tyson Coy Stewart was born in Columbia, South Carolina USA, on 24 June 1998 – his zodiac sign is Cancer, and he holds American nationality. He’s an actor and rapper, with more than 20 acting credits to his name, while he’s probably known best for his portrayal of Flint in the action adventure series “Agents of S. H. I. E. L. D.” It was created by Maurissa Tancharoen and Jed Whedon, starred Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen and Brett Dalton, and follows the people working at Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division; it aired from 2013 to 2020, and won six of the 56 awards for which it was nominated, including two Primetime Emmy nominations.

Coy was raised in Columbia alongside his younger brother Chayse, by their father Derek Stewart who was a professional basketball player, and their mother Keisha Stewart who’s a manager. Coy became interested in acting at a very early age, mostly because he watched TV series with his family on a daily basis. He was 12 years old when he made his debut TV series appearance, playing Declan in the 2010 episode “Mucked Up” of the action crime drama “The Glades”. It was created by Clifton Campbell, starred Matt Passmore, Kiele Sanchez and Carlos Gomez, and follows a former police officer who has just moved from Chicago, Illinois, to a small town in Florida; the series aired from 2010 to 2013, and won four of the eight awards for which it was nominated.

He portrayed the lead character Troy Dixon in the family sports comedy “Bella and the Bulldogs”, created by Jonathan Butler and Gabriel Garza, and which also starred Brec Bassinger and Jackie Radinsky. It follows the cheerleader Bella who has just become a quarterback for her school’s football team the Bulldogs; the series aired in 2015 and 2016, and won four of the 10 awards for which it was nominated.
