Who is Olivia Sui?
Chinese-American actress, YouTuber and social media personality Olivia Sui, was born in China under the zodiac sign Leo on 14 August 1993. She has 33 acting credits, and is perhaps known best for being a member of the comedy troupe Smosh and portraying numerous characters in 274 episodes of their comedy show “Smosh”, which was created by Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox back in 2005 and who also star in it. The show’s aired over 1,100 episodes and each follows Ian, Anthony and their friends entertaining their fans; it’s won three of its seven award nominations.
Olivia’s today highly active in the film industry, and is currently shooting for the upcoming movies “Saturn” and “The Whisper Network”.

The remainder of the 2000s saw Olivia appear in an episode of both the crime comedy “Weeds” and the crime mystery “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”, and the year 2014 saw her appear in the episode “Bear Cop” of the comedy “SHFTY: Super Happy Fun Time, Yay”, created by Christiano Covino, who also starred in it, alongside Greg Davis Jr. and Brandon Calvillo. It follows the lives of a group of friends, and the series was nominated for two awards.
The year 2015 saw Olivia appear in an episode of both the horror mini-series “Il Sonnambulo” and the mystery horror comedy “Scream Queens”, and in 2016 and 2017, she portrayed Luna Lovegood and several other characters in 12 episodes of the comedy “The Big What If”, created by Ryan Todd and Joe Bereta, and which starred Keith Leak Jr, Noah Grossman and Courtney Miller; it follows a group of friends with infinite possibilities ahead of them.
Some of Olivia’s most recent roles in TV series have been in the 2020 episode “David Dobrik Shoots a Fan’s Eye Out” of the news comedy mini-series “GDFN”, 93 episodes of the comedy “Every [Blank] Ever” from 2015 through 2021, and the 2021 episode “Marathon” of the comedy “Eat It or Yeet It!”
Roles in movies
Olivia’s debut film role was playing Agent Smith in the 2009 action adventure “A Trivial Exclusion”, and her following role came in 2014, when cast to play a supporting character in the short musical “Just Girly Things”.
The year 2016 saw her appear in both the short comedy “If Game of Thrones Had Facebook”, and the comedy “Smosh Live”, and in 2017, Olivia played the lead character Julia in the short comedy “100% Half”, written and directed by Naomi Sedgwick, and which also starred Melina Bielefelt and Rachel Michiko Whitney. It follows a half-Japanese teenage girl who has to write a college application essay – the film won two awards.
