Who is Brittany Furlan?

Brittany Jayne Furlan was born in Perkasie, Pennsylvania USA, on 5 September 1986 – her zodiac sign is Virgo, and she holds American nationality. She’s an actress, comedienne, YouTuber, and a social media star, who’s perhaps known best for her self-titled YouTube channel, which she launched on 29 May 2013; it’s today subscribed to by close to 350,000 people, and numbers more than 20 million views of all her videos combined, most of which feature Brittany speaking about her everyday life, as well as interviewing various celebrities.

She’s also known for being the other half of Tommy Lee, a famous American musician who’s a founding member of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe.

Early life and education

Brittany was raised in Perkasie by her Italian-American parents, about whom nothing’s known, as she respects their privacy, but it’s said that her father is the owner of an Italian restaurant, and that her mother’s an accountant. Brittany hasn’t mentioned having any siblings, and is thus believed to be an only child.

It was while still attending a local elementary school that she became interested in acting, when her teacher asked her to appear in a school play. Brittany continued acting upon enrolling at high school in 2000, and was a member of the school’s drama club, playing lead characters in numerous plays; she was also physically active during those four years, as she practiced gymnastics and played tennis.

She matriculated in 2004, and even though Brittany hasn’t spoken of her further education, some of her fans believe that she attended college, from which she graduated in 2008.

Third most popular on her list is “WORST FIRSTS – with Logan Paul”, viewed over a million times since 31 May 2017, in which she interviews famous YouTuber and actor Logan Paul.

Brittany has been credited with appearing in close to 40 movies and TV series. She made her debut film appearance with her portrayal of Chardonnay, in the 2010 short comedy “Brian’s Party”, while a couple of her following roles were in the 2011 comedy “L.A. Paranormal”, the 2012 sports drama “DGK: Parental Advisory” and also in 2012 the comedy “Bra League”. She gained recognition in 2015, when she portrayed Sara in the romantic musical drama “We Are Your Friends”, written and directed by Max Joseph, and which starred Zac Efron, Wes Bentley and Emily Ratajkowski. It follows DJ Cole Carter, whose dream is to become both popular and rich, but is now involved in a ‘forbidden romance’. Brittany’s following three roles were in 2016, in the musical comedy drama “Dreamland”, the short comedy “Collaborate” and the short horror “The Dangers of Having a Chainsaw for a Hand (from Ash vs. Evil Dead)”.

Brittany made her debut TV series appearance with her portrayal of Wendy, in two episodes of the comedy “SHFTY: Super Happy Fun Time, Yay!” in 2014, while the following year saw her appear in the episode “The Mystery of the Intoxicated Intern” of the popular crime drama “The Mysteries of Laura”.

In 2017, she played the supporting character Hannah, in the popular romantic drama “Confess”, which starred Katie Leclerc, Ryan Cooper and Sherilyn Fenn, and follows a popular artist and a girl in her 20s who have fallen in love; the series won two of the three awards for which it was nominated.

Brittany’s most recent TV series role has been her portrayal of Janis, in the 2021 musical fantasy drama “Paradise City”. Created by Ash Avildsen, it stars Andy Biersack and Drea de Matteo, and follows the lives of a rock star and a kid who is his biggest fan.

Brittany could’ve been seen featured in various documentaries, including the 2015 series “Teens Wanna Know”, the 2018 movie “The American Meme”, and the 2019 series “E! True Hollywood Story”.

Brittany then started dating Jordan Vogt-Roberts, an American film writer, producer and director, who has worked on close to 20 movies and TV series, and is perhaps known best for having directed the 2013 adventure comedy movie “The Kings of Summer”, which won five of the 15 awards for which it was nominated.

Brittany and Jordan were in a relationship for two years, before they broke-up in January 2017.

She started dating Tommy Lee only a month after she and Jordan split, and the two revealed on 14 February 2018 that they were engaged; they exchanged vows on 14 February 2019, in a private ceremony attended by the closest of their friends and family members. Tommy had been married three times before meeting Brittany, and has two sons with his third wife Pamela Anderson.
