Career
Scudder became the brand ambassador for Juice Plus Company in 2013. She worked briefly as a counselor for Kanakuk Ministries in 2014, and thereafter served as a counselor for KIVU Gap Year. In 2015, Meredith co-founded the Texas-based non-profit organization, With Purpose: College Station, which raises awareness about childhood cancer; currently, she serves as the Event Planning Team Leader, and Vice President of the organization.
Following the completion of her 2016 internship in Zambia, Meredith began working as an Event Planner, and was hired by Eatology Kitchen Studios in Texas. After working for around five months (from January – May 2017), she left the Texas-based company for the Haiti-based Live Beyond. Meredith began working as a planner and arranger for fundraising events in 2020.
