As her production career progressed, in 2012 Reese founded another production company Pacific Standard, and later in 2016 co-founded Hello Sunshine. She’s been a vocal advocate for gender equality in Hollywood, using her platforms to address issues such as the gender pay gap and the lack of representation of women in various roles within the industry.
