Who is Serena Pitt?
Canadian social media star, YouTuber and TV personality Serena Pitt, was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on 25 October 1998, so Scorpio’s her zodiac sign. She’s probably known best for having competed in the 2021 season of the romantic reality game-show “The Bachelor”, created by Mike Fleiss, and which has been running since 2002. It today stars Chris Harrison, Brad Womack and Jesse Palmer, and follows a single man as he’s dating a couple of women over the course of several weeks, searching for his ‘true love’; the show’s won nine of its 20 award nominations.
This was also how Serena met her husband, American TV personality and businessman Joseph Anthony ‘Joe’ Amabile.
Education and early life
Serena was raised alongside her sister Talia in Toronto, by their mother Rasna Pitt and father Bill Pitt; not a lot has been disclosed about her family because she respects their privacy, but it’s believed that her father’s a dentist, and her mother a lawyer.
Serena studied at a local high school in Toronto, and was into a number of activities during her four years there, including acting with the school’s drama club, and dancing. She matriculated in 2016, and then enrolled at the University of Canada, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management in 2019; Serena continued her education at George Brown University, from which she graduated with a Master of Arts degree in 2021.
Serena’s career
Serena was 16 when she began working at the dance studio Vlad as a dance instructor, and upon matriculating in 2016, she spent three months working at Colliers International as a data associate.
From May 2018 through May 2019, she was employed at a multi-sport camp as the campus ambassador and counselor, and from 2017 through 2019, she worked at Superfin Aquatics as a swimming instructor. She’s today an intern at MacIntyre Communications.
Serena’s also appeared in several other reality shows, including “Bachelor Happy Hour”, “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise”, and in 2022, she competed in the game-show “Celebrity Family Feud”.
YouTube channel
Serena and her husband Joe launched their YouTube channel ‘Joe and Serena’ on 14 February 2018 – it today numbers over 12,000 subscribers, and more than 600,000 views of all their videos together. Most of these have been taken during their everyday lives, and we’re going to write about Serena and Joe’s three most viewed YouTube videos, which’ve contributed to their popularity on the internet.
Their #1 video “OUR WEDDING Q+A” has been watched over 160,000 times since 3 November 2022, and was shot only a week following their wedding, and features Serena and Joe answering some of their fans’ most frequently asked questions.
Their second most popular video “@JoeandSerena JUST MARRIED!!!” has been viewed over 100,000 times since 27 October 2022, and shows Serena and Joe exchanging vows.
Their #3 video “SEARCHING FOR A WEDDING VENUE” has been viewed close to 40,000 times since 18 November 2022, and features the two trying to find the perfect venue for their wedding.

Serena’s active on various social media networks, and is followed by close to 700,000 people on Instagram, while she’s posted nearly 300 pictures and videos; most of these show her during her everyday life, while many feature her husband Joe.

She’s tweeted only 38 times since the launch of her Twitter account in December 2020, and it’s today followed by close to 20,000 people; most of her tweets are related to the reality show “The Bachelor”, as well as to her and Joe’s marriage.
Serena has a Facebook profile, as well, but doesn’t allow her fans to befriend her on this social media network as she’s using it to stay in touch with her family members and closest friends.
She’s steadily becoming a star on TikTok, as there are today close to 150,000 people following her on this social media network, while she’s amassed over 2.2 million likes of all her videos combined, most of which feature her dancing, preparing delicious foods and showing her fans the make-up that she uses.
Love life and marriage
Serena and Joe met while starring alongside in the reality show “The Bachelor”, and it was love at first sight for both; they became engaged on 26 June 2021, and moved in together in New York City in April 2022.
The two exchanged vows in a large and publicized ceremony on 27 October 2022; it’s widely believed that Serena and Joe have chosen not to have children straight away, because they want to focus on their careers, however, some of their fans believe that perhaps one of them is infertile, which hasn’t been addressed by either of them.
Serena hasn’t spoken about other men whom she’s dated, while it’s known that Joe was in a relationship with American social media star and TV personality Kendall Long from July 2018 through January 2020.
Serena’s married to Joe Amabile as of March 2023, and doesn’t have children.
