Steelo Brim is an acclaimed American actor, presenter, podcast host, and comedian, who is possibly best known for producing and co-hosting the MTV comedy series “Ridiculousness.”
Age, Early Life, and Education Background
Steelo was born Sterling Brim under the Gemini zodiac sign on 5 June 1988, in Chicago, Illinois, which makes him 34 years old as of 2022. He’s the son of the pastor Tracy Brim and the Chicago Fire Department worker Frank Brim, and was raised in his hometown alongside his unnamed sister and brothers. He later started working at the production firm Fantasy Factory, where he began his long professional relationship with the acclaimed record producer, Chris Pfaff. 2009 saw Steelo co-hosting “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory”, and in 2011, he partnered again with Dyrdek and the TV personality Chanel West Coast to co-host the show “Ridiculousness,” which is centered on showcasing the funniest viral videos and inviting guest celebrities to react to the videos – some of the most popular guests to make appearances have been Riff Raff, Lil’ Jon, and Mac Miller. Personal Life
Steelo began dating the English fashion designer, Conna Walker, in 2015 – Conna founded the House of CB fashion house when she was 17 years old. The duo seemed to be in love and liked posting photos of themselves together, with romantic captions on their respective social media platforms, and announced their engagement in 2016. Walker was born in England on 20 September 1992, and is very popular on social media, especially Instagram, with 200,000 fans. She is also the owner of the fashion brand Mistress Rocks and has designed attires for the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Chrissy Teigen, and Kim Kardashian. She is worth approximately $2 million as of 2022.
In 2019, Steelo and Walker deleted their pictures together from their social media platforms, which led to many believing that they had parted ways, but they haven’t spoken about their alleged break-up. Controversies
Steelo sparked a controversy when he was accused of attacking Mary Jean Vargas in Midtown Manhattan, after she allegedly refused to give in to his demands. According to Vargas, who filed sexual harassment charges against him, Steelo repeatedly grabbed her and even punched her face and breasts at around 4 a.m., while they were driving. She claimed during an interview with Daily News that the co-host of “Ridiculousness” eventually jumped out of the window of her moving car when she screamed for help, adding, ‘This isn’t a play. It’s something that happened, and I’m hurting. And he’s switching everything around and trying to play the victim. I was physically attacked. He’s making me seem like I’m wrong.’ The incident was reported to the New York City Police department, but no charges were pressed.
