Born in Los Angeles, California, Antin belongs to a family of artists. Her brother, Jonathan, is a celebrity hairstylist, while other brothers Steve, as a director, and Neil an actor. Growing up, she knew she had a love for dancing, and attended various classes to improve her skills.

Antin’s passion for dancing brought her to Las Vegas where she worked as a performer. In 1995, she founded a modern burlesque troupe called Pussycat Dolls, which performed mainly in Las Vegas and gained a huge following. Antin became the lead choreographer of the group, and soon they became featured in various movies and even in magazines.

In 2003, Antin was able to strike a deal with Interscope records to develop Pussycat Dolls into a brand. The girl group became an international sensation when their first album – “PCD” – was released. The success of the group made the girls a popular brand, and Antin both a prominent figure and also tremendously helping her net worth.

Pussycat Dolls as a brand also produced two spin-off shows, “Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll” and “Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious”. Antin became an important part of the reality shows, training the girls and providing choreography.

Unfortunately, after the release of their second album, “Doll Domination”, the group disbanded and the members took on solo careers.

After Pussycat Dolls, Antin continued to create girl groups. Some of those she helped create included Dirty Virgins, Girlicious, Paradiso Girls, and G.R.L. Although most of her girl group received success, G.R.L. is the only grip that has remained active up until today. Her various girl groups also helped her career and income.

Aside from choreography, Antin also ventured into business to expand her brand. In 2008, she partnered with Canadian company, La Senza Corporation to create an intimate apparel line inspired by Burlesque called “Shhh…by Robin”. Some of the former talents from the girl groups she created even modelled for the brand. In 2015, Antin also created a clothing line called “Elliot Label” with Australian designer Kylie Gulliver.

Antin has released workout videos too, in which she features some of her dancers. Her various business ventures also helped in her net worth. Today, Antin is still active in choreography and managing her girl groups. She also appears in various television shows and competitions.

In her personal life, she is reputed to have been in a relationship with McG since 2006, but other information is lacking.
