Randall Craig “Tex” Cobb was born on 7 May 1950, in Bridge City, Texas USA, and is a retired professional boxer, best known to compete in the heavyweight division. He was known for his villainous roles, but also had a lot of opportunities on television. He made guest appearances in shows such as “Texas Ranger”, “MacGyver”, “The X-Files” and “Highlander: The Series”. Other unusual roles he was seen in include “Uncommon Valor”, “Critical Condition”, and “The Champ” in which he played a boxer who fights the protagonist.
