Saraya-Jade Bevis was born on 17 August 1992, in Norwich, Norfolk, England, and is a professional wrestler and actress, performing under the ring name “Paige”. She is known for her work with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), and was the inaugural NXT Women’s Champion. She is the youngest Divas Champion, and is also the first competitor born in the nineties to win a championship in WWE. All of her efforts have helped put her net worth to where it is today.

Growing up, Paige didn’t really enjoy wrestling due to injuries and fighting. She intended to become a zoologist at first. Later on, she would pursue wrestling, making her official debut at the age of 13. Two years later, she worked as a bartender and bouncer at their parents’ bar. She then attended The Hewett School and matriculated in 2008.
Paige started wrestling as a part of the European independent circuit, and initially worked as a part of her father’s show “World Association of Wrestling” (WAW), along with Melodi forming a tag team called the Norfolk Dolls, and they would wrestle across various English promotions. They would win the “World Association of Women’s Wrestling” (WAWW) Tag Team Championship in 2007.
She then travelled across Europe to wrestle, including in France, Denmark, Scotland and Germany, at first without much success, but would become a well-known independent name in the years to come. She then started winning titles, including the “Real Deal Wresting” (RDW) Women’s Championship. In 2011, she continued to wrestle, winning the German Stampede Wrestling Ladies Championship.
Paige then made her debut as a part of the all-female promotion “Shimmer Women Athletes” performing alongside her mother Saraya Knight, named the Knight Dynasty and winning the Shimmer Tag Team Championship. However, they would lose their title later in the year leading to a feud between the two. Paige then decided to try out for WWE, and signed a contract, before working as a part of Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), and would start to use the name Paige. She was also a part of the developmental rebranding of FCW to NXT which started as taped shows. She won the NXT Championship, but later had to vacate the title to go to the main roster. She made her debut on “Raw” the night after “Wrestlemania XXX”, and would win the title making her the youngest Divas Champion in history – she is the only woman to hold both the Divas and NXT Women’s Championships.
