Who is Domelipa?
Mexican YouTuber and social media star Dominik Elizabeth Resendez Robledo – aka Domelipa – was born in Monterrey, Mexico, on 27 August 2001, so Virgo’s her zodiac sign. She’s perhaps known best for her YouTube channel “Domelipa”, which she launched on 27 June 2018, and which today numbers close to five million subscribers. All of Domelipa’s videos combined has been viewed nearly 150 million times, and most of these feature her during her everyday life, whether she’s skiing and snowboarding with her friends, travelling around the US and Europe, or answering her fans’ most frequently asked questions.
Education and early life
Domelipa was raised in Monterrey alongside her brothers Kevin and Gabriel, by their mother Norma E Robledo who’s followed by close to 200,000 people on Instagram, and their father whose name hasn’t been revealed. Unlike what some of Domelipa’s fans believe to be true, she’s not related to famous British-Albanian singer-songwriter Dua Lipa.
Domelipa studied at a local high school in Monterrey and was physically highly active during her time there, as she took dancing lessons, played soccer and did gymnastics. She matriculated in 2019, and hasn’t talked about her further education, which is why Domelipa’s fans believe that she hasn’t attended college.
She moved to Mexico City in 2020, and focused on her career on the internet; besides running her social media accounts, Domelipa also launched her own online clothing store Domelipa Shop on 12 December 2020, selling hoodies, T-shirts and mobile covers.

Her #1 video “BROMA A MIS AMIGOS | DOMELIPA ft. Rodrigo Contreras” has been watched over 8.3 million time since 26 November 2020, and features Domelipa trying to prank her friends, however, the prank went wrong, and they actually ended up pranking her.
Domelipa’s second most popular video “¡REGRESANDO A FREE FIRE! ¿CÓMO CREEN QUE ME FUE?” has been viewed close to eight million times since 30 July 2021, and it’s a 24-minute video which features her playing one of her favorite mobile games, “Free Fire”; the game highly resembles “Player Unknown: Battlegrounds” and “Fortnite: Battle Royale”, and Domelipa seems to be quite good at it.
Her #3 most viewed video – “PRIMER VIDEO | 50 Cosas Sobre Mi | Dominik Resendez” – has been watched over seven million times since 16 July 2018, and was the first video that she uploaded onto her channel; it features Domelipa telling her fans 50 most interesting things about herself.

Domelipa’s active on various social media networks, and there are today more than 21 million people following her on Instagram, while she’s posted close to 150 pictures and videos onto her account; most of these show her during her everyday life, whether she’s attending a live football game in the US, sun tanning at the beach, or shopping for clothes.
Domelipa launched her Twitter account in August 2018, and has since tweeted nearly 1,850 times, while there are close to two million people following her on the social media network today. All of her tweets are in Spanish, and she mostly uses Twitter to share her thoughts on various matters with her fans.

Domelipa’s amongst the most popular TikTokers in the world, as there are over 64 million people following her today, while she’s amassed nearly four billion likes of all her videos combined; most of these feature her telling jokes, singing and dancing.
Domelipa’s also active on Facebook, on which she’s followed by more than 1.6 million people, and has amassed over 320,000 likes of all her uploads combined; she posts similar content as onto Instagram, while also using her popularity on Facebook to promote her YouTube channel.
Love life and boyfriend
There are three boys whom Domelipa’s dated, that her fans know about. Her first boyfriend was Cruz, a Mexican social media star who’s followed by close to two million people on his Instagram account ‘Ilika Cruz’; the two often featured each other in their Instagram pictures and YouTube videos, but dated for only a couple of months prior to splitting.
Domelipa then dated Kevlex Pazmino; he’s followed by more than 5.5 million people on Instagram, and mostly uploads pictures which feature him during his everyday life; some of Kevlex fans believe him to be gay, mostly because of his appearance, but this hasn’t been confirmed.
Since August 2020, Domelipa’s been in a relationship with Rodrigo Contreras, who’s also a YouTuber and social media star; his YouTube channel “Rod Contreras” numbers close to five million subscribers, while his Instagram account’s followed by almost 13 million people.
Domelipa hasn’t spoken of any other boys whom she’s been with, she’s in a relationship with Rodrigo Contreras as of March 2023, hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.

Domelipa’s a fan of tattoos, and has a couple of small ones inked onto various parts of her body.
She loves summer, as she enjoys yachting and sun tanning; she also likes winter, as she’s an avid snowboarder and skier.
Domelipa’s become passionate about travelling, and has already visited more than 10 US states, mostly to watch National Football League (NFL) as she’s a huge fan of the sport; she’s also been to Spain on several occasions, and her favorite city to visit is Barcelona (Spain).
She’s a fan of fast cars, and her favorite brand is Porsche.
