Josie Canseco is an American TV personality and model, who rose to stardom when she was named the Playboy Playmate of the Month in June 2016.
Age, Early Life, and Education Background
Josie was born Josephine Marie Canseco under the Scorpio zodiac sign on 5 November 1996, in Weston, Florida, and is 26 years old as of 2023. She’s the daughter of the Cuban-American TV personality, author, and retired Major League Baseball (MLB) designated hitter and outfielder Jose Canseco Jr., who played with the Oaklands Athletics, and his second wife, Jessica Canseco, who is a former model, author, and actress probably best known for her appearance in “Hollywood Exes.” Sadly, Josie’s parents’ union was short-lived, ending their three years of togetherness with a divorce in 1999 when Josie was only three years old. Career
Josie followed in her mother’s footsteps and began her modeling career when she was a teenager. She posed for several brands such as Kohl’s and Hollister while she was still in high school, then after turning 17, Josie relocated to New York where she signed with Next models. Subsequently, she was featured in “Love Magazine”, and later appeared alongside her mother Jessica in the VH1 reality TV show “Hollywood Exes,” which follows the lives of several ex-wives of renowned American celebrities. The show led to the spin-off “Atlanta Exes,” which aired for one season in 2014. Moreover, Josie appeared in the second season of the reality Web series “SummerBreak,” which chronicles the dramas, dreams, hook-ups and break-ups of LA teenagers as they matriculate from high school, and begin the 2014 summer break – it aired on YouTube, and stars Tehran Von Ghasri, Harlan Goldman and Ray Mancini, among others.
