The biographic crime drama “Spotlight” was released in 2015, and besides the lead roles portrayed by Mark Ruffalo, Michael Keaton, and Rachel McAdams, one character caught the eye of the audience and critics. It was the character of Joe Crowley, one of the victims, and the actor who played him is Michael Cyril Creighton.

Michael was born under the zodiac sign of Aries on 31 March 1979, in Long Island, New York, USA, where he was raised by his single mother and maternal grandparents. He holds American nationality, and his ethnicity is Caucasian.

He developed an interest in acting from an early age – his first acting classes were a present from his aunt, who paid for classes at the Theatre Three, where he subsequently starred in a production “Alice in Wonderland”, and while in high school, he was a member of school theatre.
