In the following year, his military title was changed by the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission of the Workers’ Party of Korea to ‘’wonsu’’, somewhat equivalent to marshal. He continued working on supposed reforms in North Korea, and in 2013 he presented the ‘’Socialist Corporate Responsible Management System’’.
