Born as Jon Kevin Fishburn on 13th August 1944 in Los Angeles, California USA, he is a stage and screen actor, perhaps still best known to the world for portraying Paramedic Roy DeSoto in the TV series “Emergency” (1972-1979), Ken Carver in the film “What`s Eating Gilbert Grape” (1993), and Blake Wilson in “Another 48 Hrs” (1990).
