Jeremy Shaffer Roenick was born on 17th January 1970, in Boston, Massachusetts USA, and is a retired ice hockey player, who spent 20 years playing in the National Hockey League (NHL), for such teams as the Chicago Blackhawks, Phoenix Coyotes, Philadelphia Flyers, Los Angeles Kings and San Jose Sharks. He was traded to the Phoenix Coyotes for Craig Mills, Alexei Zhamnov and a first-round draft pick. He stayed in Phoenix until 2001, becoming one of the best scorers of the team. His next stop was Philadelphia and its franchise the Flyers.
