Creed Romello Lopez is a three-year-old American media personality. He’s known for being the son of Kailyn Rae “Kail” Lowry, the “Teen Mom 2” reality TV show star, author, and host of “Coffee Convos Podcast,” “Baby Mamas No Drama Podcast,” and “Barely Famous Podcast.”

Early life

Creed Romello Lopez, nicknamed “Lope” and “Mello,” was born on 30 July 2020 in Dover, Delaware State USA. According to E! Online, he was born at home at 2.47 p.m., measured 22.5ins (0.57cm), and weighed 8lbs 15oz or about 4kgs – his mother chose his name because it meant ‘guiding principle.’

Career

Creed’s parents have been in an off-and-on relationship since Lux’s birth, but Chris didn’t appear in “Teen Mom 2.” The two quarreled often, and their relationship only deteriorated when they welcomed Creed, as Kailyn stated that she cut contact with Chris shortly before delivery. According to People, Creed’s birth helped her realize that certain people were toxic and that she let them stay to the point of losing herself.

The first controversy happened when Creed was a few days old; Kailyn revealed via Instagram that she created a smoothie from her placenta, the organ that develops in the uterus and delivers nutrients and oxygen to a baby, mixed with almond milk and fresh fruits.

According to The US Sun, on 26 September, Kailyn was arrested for domestic violence because she punched Chris on 4 September with a closed fist, reportedly because he cut Lux’s hair without her permission or input. Chris did not fight back, and she left, mainly because his family, including his sister and mother, were there. Kailyn was released without bail, and the judge issued a no-contact order. Chris defended himself, saying that he only cut a bit of the edges, and that Kailyn should be happy that he didn’t ‘scalp his ass,’ and can he make decisions as a father without asking her.

Custody battle

According to US Magazine, in May 2023, Kailyn accused Chris of ‘trying to kill her while she was pregnant with Creed because he suddenly pushed her face into the couch and tried to smother her.’ She reportedly fought back by turning her head and gasping for air but didn’t call the police. Chris subsequently started a livestream via TikTok and admitted that her story wasn’t entirely false, that he choked her, and that domestic violence was on his record.
