William George Zane, Jr. was born on the 24th February 1966, in Chicago, Illinois, USA of Greek descent. He is an actor, probably best known for starring in the role of Kit Walker/The Phantom in “The Phantom” (1996), playing Caledon Hockley in “Titanic” (1997), and as John Wheeler in the TV series “Twin Peaks” (1991), etc. He is also recognized as a producer, who is currently the chairman of the production company 21st Century Filmworks.
