Who is Ann Archambault?

Born on 30th November 1969, in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, to Thomas and Jackie Archambault, Ann Archambault is probably best known for being the ex-wife of Joe Buck, a popular sportscaster and media personality. With a height of 5ft 5in (1.65m) and weighing 110lbs (55kgs), Ann is considered a striking beauty thanks to her features and beautiful brown eyes.

Personal Life

Ann matriculated from Spring Woods High School and went on to become a National Football League (NFL) cheerleader in 1993, the same year she married Joe. St. Louis Magazine reported that Joe proposed to his now ex-wife on a live radio broadcast, having invited Ann to the KMOX postgame show which was held at Mike Shannon’s Steaks and Seafoods.

In the side room, Joe popped the big question and Ann said yes, with the conversation being broadcast live. In little time, the couple welcomed two daughters: Trudy born in 2000, and Natalie. The couple filed for divorce in 2011 without making the reasons public, but continued to co-parent amicably for the sake of their young daughters. April 2014 marked a new beginning for Joe, as he married Michelle Beisner, a former Denver Broncos cheerleader. In her six years as a cheerleader for the Broncos, Michelle was captain for four of them, putting her 15 years of dance training to good use. Michelle’s rich and varied career saw her represent the Pro Bowl in 1999, and travel to locations such as Australia and South America to teach dance lessons and perform.

Some of Michelle’s other jobs include having been the host of “NFL Network Now” and putting in eight years as the host of “NFL Weekly Countdown” as well as being a field reporter for “NFL GameDay Morning” and “NFL Total Access”. Currently, the beautiful blonde works on “Monday Night Football”, “Monday Night Countdown”, and as a feature reporter for ESPN. Joe and Michelle wasted little time in having their two sons, Wyatt and Blake. Despite detractors raising eyebrows at Michelle’s resemblance to Ann, Joe’s second marriage appears to be standing the test of time, and the couple regularly post cute snaps on social media.

Natalie and Trudy also share a good relationship with their younger brothers.

Joe Buck

Born on 25th April 1969, in St. Petersburg, Florida, Joe was brought up in St. Louis, attending St. Louis Country Day School. While studying for his undergraduate degree at Indiana University, Bloomington, Joe launched his broadcasting career in 1989 and never looked back. It’s little surprise that Joe would go on to become a successful broadcaster, as his father John Francis “Jack” Buck put in 51 years in the same profession, and was even inducted into the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum for his work. The Missouri Athletic Club also named the Jack Buck Award in his honor “in recognition of the enthusiastic and dedicated support of sports in St. Louis”.

Before working for Fox, Joe called play-by-play for the Louisville Redbirds, a minor league team affiliated with the St. Louis Cardinals, for whom his father broadcast. He also covered the Triple-A All-Star Game on behalf of ESPN. Two years later, he reported for KMOV, St. Louis’s CBS affiliate, and began broadcasting for the Cardinals on KMOX radio and local television while his father was absent. After being hired by Fox Sports, Joe continued to work with his father on KMOX and call Cardinals games, later transitioning to FSN Midwest television. However, as his workload with the network increased, he had less and less time, and it was announced in 2007 that he would no longer be working for FSN Midwest.

Making history in 1994 as the youngest person ever to announce NFL games on network television merely marked the first of Joe’s many accomplishments. Two years later, Fox named Joe the lead play-by-play voice for Major League Baseball (MLB), and Joe joined forces with Tim McCarver, a colleague of his father’s. In the same year, he also became the youngest network employee to do a national broadcast for all nine innings in a games, surpassing Sean McDonough. That isn’t to say that Joe wouldn’t suffer the occasional career setback. After being named the host of “Fox NFL Sunday” in August 2006, the Nielsen ratings system showed that viewership was down for the entire season; in March 2007, Fox announced that Joe would no longer host the show.

Nevertheless, the broadcaster quickly bounced back and branched out into lucrative commercial work for brands such as National Car Rental. Other professional ventures over the years include Joe’s autobiography, “Lucky Bastard”, which was published in 2016. He has also appeared in many TV programs as himself, including “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”, “Family Guy”, and “American Dad!”. In April 2021, the New York Post reported that Joe would be the guest host on the game show “Jeopardy!” from August 9th to 13th of the same year.

In the same month, Joe was also a contestant on “Celebrity Family Feud”.

Present Day

Shying away from the spotlight following her divorce, Ann settled down in Ladue, St. Louis.

Now working as a senior product manager for Amazon, Ann also found love for a second time in Scott Kitchel, a local businessman. After being in a steady relationship for years, the couple tied the knot on 29th June 2018, with some news outlets claiming that they welcomed their only daughter to date on 16th November 2019.

These days, Ann can regularly be seen on her daughter’s Instagram profile, but doesn’t have much social media of her own.

Natalie chose to enter the communications field like her father and is now an intern at Fox 2, St. Louis as well as a Telecommunications Engineer.

Net Worth

Despite not being a public figure, Ann’s hard work over the years has earned her a $1 million net worth, which she maintains with a simple lifestyle. As for Joe, he’s reputedly worth $25 million according to reputable sources, thanks to his decades-long career and numerous endorsements.
