Andrew Breitbart was born on 1 February 1969 in Los Angeles, California USA, and was adopted by Gerald and Arlene Breitbart, who raised him in a family of Jewish ancestry, whereas his biological father was of Irish ancestry. Andrew was best known as an American entrepreneur, journalist, author and commentator for The Washington Times. He passed away in 2012.

With his work being published on ‘’Huffington Post’’ and ‘’The Drudge Report’’ Breitbart’s political views were gaining a lot of recognition at this time, and he appeared on FOX News several times as of the same year.

In 2007 Andrew founder his own news website, and subsequently created a video blog entitled ‘’Breitbart.tv’’ In 2009, he appeared on the C-SPAN program Washington Journal, on which he gave his personal views on current political events.
