Born Whitney Way Thore on the 14th April 1984, in Greensboro, North Carolina USA, she is a plus size dancer, activist and television personality, best known to the world for being a part of the fat acceptance movement, and for her appearance in TLC’s TV reality show “My Big Fat Fabulous Life” (2015).

Following her matriculation, Whitney enrolled at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina majoring in theatre.

Regarding her personal life, Whitney was in a relationship with Lennie Alehat, but the two broke up after some time.
