Tati was born Tatiana Gabrielle Hobson under the Aquarius zodiac on 25 January 1996, in San Francisco, California, which makes her 26 years old as of 2022. She was brought up in a Christian household in Atlanta, Georgia, by her Afro-American father, Terry Hobson, who is a businessman and a former Ohio basketballer, and her Korean-American mother, Traci Hewwit Hobson, who is a housewife.

Tati made her film debut with the role of Keating in the short movie “To Stay the Sword” in 2014. She relocated to Los Angeles in 2015, and shortly afterwards landed a starring role in the film “Tatterdemalion”. In 2016, she played Monique in the TV film “Just Jenna”, and in the same year, she made her TV debut, guest-starring as Wackie Jackie in the episode “Tightrope of Doom” in the Disney Channel’s comedy “K.C. Undercover.”
