In 2006, Tyler portrayed Assistant District Attorney Jonathan Winant in the TV crime-drama series “Boston Legal”, while in 2007, he was chosen for the role of Bert Wysocki in the award-winning TV fantasy adventure comedy-drama series “Reaper”, about 21-year-old Sam, who finds out that his soul was sold to the devil by his parents, and that he now must work as a bounty hunter for the devil until his death. Tyler, Bret Harrison, and Rick Gonzales comprised the main cast, alongside Ray Wise as the Devil. The series lasted until 2009, which in large part increased Tyler’s popularity.
