Who is Liv Lo?
Liv was born in Taichung City, Taiwan, on 21 May 1985 – her zodiac sign is Gemini, and she holds both Taiwanese and British nationality. She’s a TV presenter, YouTuber, yoga instructor, model, and a bit of an actress, while she’s probably known best for being the wife of Henry Golding, a popular British-Malaysian actor, TV host and model.
Early life and education
Liv was raised in Taichung City alongside her sister Leeza Paczkowski, by their French father Richard Lo, and their Taiwanese mother; nothing is known about Liv’s family, as she respects their privacy.
She grew up being physically active, practicing gymnastics and playing various sports, while she dreamed of becoming a model.

Liv studied at a local high school, and was into a couple of activities during her four years there, including acting with its drama club, playing soccer, and dancing.
She matriculated in 2003, and although Liv hasn’t spoken of her further education, it’s widely believed that she graduated from college in 2007.
Liv’s career
Liv started modelling not long after she matriculated, and has worked with various popular brands and companies, including Maserati, BMW and Kors; she stopped modelling after eight years to become a TV show host, and could’ve been seen in “Xing Kong”, “Star World Asia”, and “Asia’s Next Top Model”, amongst other shows. Liv also worked as a reporter for FOX TV.
She’s an actress too, having appeared in a 2013 episode of the popular series “Point of Entry”. It starred Carl Ng, Jourdan Lee and Devarajan Varadarajan, and follows Team Epsilon as they’re keeping Singapore safe; the series aired from 2010 to 2014, and was nominated for three awards.
Liv also made a guest appearance in an episode of the talk-shows “Entertainment Tonight” and “Extra with Billy Bush”.
She’s today working as a yoga instructor, but is currently more focused on staying home and raising her and Henry’s daughter.

Liv launched her YouTube channel “FitSphere by Liv Lo” on 8 December 2009, and has since amassed close to 5,000 subscribers, and over 200,000 views of all her videos combined.
She’s mostly focused on uploading videos in which she’s teaching her fans proper workout routines, how to do yoga, and how to choose a perfect diet for themselves. We’re going to mention three of Liv’s most popular videos, which have helped her attract many subscribers.

Liv’s third most watched video “20 min HIIT Part 1 || FitSphere by Liv Lo” has been viewed over 20,000 times since 8 March 2016, and features her teaching her fans High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Love life and marriage with Henry Golding
Liv met Henry on New Year’s Day 2011, and they started dating a couple of weeks later. He asked Liv to marry him in 2015, and they exchanged vows in August 2016, in a private ceremony in Sarawak, Malaysia, attended by many of their friends and family members.
Liv and Henry announced in November 2020 that they were expecting their first child, and on 31 March 2021, Liv gave birth to their daughter Lyla Golding.
Neither of the two have spoken of any other people whom they might have been with, and as of January 2022, Liv’s married to Henry Golding, and they have a daughter together.

Liv is followed by more than 250,000 people on Instagram, and seems to be enjoying the attention which she’s receiving from her fans; she’s uploaded close to 1,000 pictures, most of which feature her spending time with her husband and their daughter.

Who is Henry Golding?
Henry Ewan Golding was born in Betong, Sarawak Malaysia, on 5 February 1987 – his zodiac sign is Aquarius, and he holds both British and Malaysian nationality. He’s appeared in close to 20 movies and TV series, perhaps known best for his portrayal of the main character Nick Young, in the 2018 romantic comedy movie “Crazy Rich Asians”.
It was directed by Jon M. Chu, also starred Constance Wu and Michelle Yeoh, and follows New Yorker Rachel Chu who has travelled to Singapore to meet her boyfriend’s parents; the movie won 14 of the 78 awards for which it was nominated.
Henry was raised in Terengganu, Malaysia alongside his two older siblings, by their Malaysian mother Margaret Likan Golding, and their British father Clive Golding. Henry was eight when the family moved to Surrey in England, where he attended The Warwick School, Redhill. Upon matriculating in 2005, he spent three years working as a hairdresser, before moving to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to pursue an acting career.
Henry launched his career in 2009, when he played Iskandar Tan Sri Murad in the comedy movie “Gold Diggers”, while a couple of his following roles were in the 2013 adventure thriller movie “The Borneo Incident”, the 2018 mystery crime comedy film “A Simple Favor” and the 2019 historical romantic movie “Monsoon”.
