Professional Career – Minor League Baseball

He then played in Minor League Baseball for the State College Spikes of the Class A-Short Season New York-Peen League, starting 11 games and set a 2-2 record and 2.30 earned run average (ERA) with 36 strikeouts. He then pitched for the Peoria Chiefs, and was named a Midwest League All-Star in the 2015 season, completing the season leading the league with a 15−3 record, 2.67 ERA, 140 strikeouts, and a .198 batting average.
