Who is Keion Henderson?

American pastor, author, motivational speaker, YouTuber and social media star Keion Henderson, was born in Gary, Indiana USA, on 6 July 1981, making Cancer his zodiac sign. He’s perhaps known best for his YouTube channel ‘Keion Henderson TV’, which he launched on 10 November 2017, and which today numbers more than 300,000 people subscribers; all of Keion’s videos combined have been viewed over 30 million times, and most feature him and other pastors preaching.

Education and early life

Keion was raised alongside his five siblings in Gary, by their father whose name remains undisclosed, and mother Gwen Scott; Keion and his mother are very close, and she can be seen featured in many of his Instagram pictures and videos. Most of Keion’s fans believe that his father wasn’t around while he was growing up, but none of these rumors have been addressed by Keion.

He studied at Central High School in Chicago, Illinois and was interested in several activities during his time there, including practicing creative writing, acting with the school’s drama club and running track. He matriculated in 1999 and then enrolled at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, from which he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication in 2004.

He then spent two years serving at the Tree of Life Missionary Baptist Church, and in 2006 enrolled at Faith Evangelical College, graduating with a Master’s degree in theology in 2008.

Keion’s career

Keion launched his career by working at the company Tax Solution, while he started preaching at churches upon earning his Master’s degree.

Since October 2009, he’s been a senior pastor at The Lighthouse Church.

Keion’s also an author, having published his book “The Shift: Courageously Moving from Season to Season”.

Love life and relationships

Keion’s quite open when it comes to speaking about his love life in public, and it’s widely known that he was once married to non-celebrity American woman Felecia Henderson; she’s probably known best for having appeared in the reality show “Closet Chats”.

Keion and Felecia exchanged vows on 7 August 2010, and she gave birth to their daughter Katelyn on 18 July 2012; Keion was also the step-father to Felicia’s children Tynisha Marcel and Candis Clements, from former relationships. The two divorced in 2019.

He’s today married to American TV personality Shaunie O’Neal, and the two have featured each other in many of their Instagram pictures and videos; they exchanged vows in a private ceremony in 2022. Shaunie was previously married to American former professional basketball player Shaquille O’Neal, from 2002 through 2011.
