Carlos Walker was born on 31 March 1976 in Atlanta, Georgia, United States and is a hip hop artist who is better known for public by his pseudonym Shawty Lo. He didn’t reach national prominence with his street-type rap but by founding the Southern hip hop group D4L and D4L Records Company.
