Afterwards, he moved back to his native city, and pursued an acting career. His first acting role he assumed in the film “X-Men: First Class” (2011) as a Russian bodyguard. Other film appearances followed, in “47 Ronin” (2013) and “Jupiter Ascending” (2015).
