Who is Jessica Parker Kennedy?

Jessica was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, on 3 October 1984 – her zodiac sign is Libra, and she holds Canadian nationality. She’s an actress with close to 50 credits to her name, while she’s probably known best for her portrayal of Nora Allen in the hit action adventure series “The Flash”. It was created by Greg Berlanti and Geoff Johns, stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton and Danielle Panabaker, and follows Barry Allen who has become super-fast now that he has been struck by lightning; the series has been airing since 2014, and has won 29 of the 122 awards for which it has been nominated.

Early life and education

Jessica was raised in Calgary as an only child, by her white mother Tami who was a teacher; her black father wasn’t around while she was growing up, and Jessica has revealed that she had a hard time at school, because she wasn’t able to fit in. She has also stated that she had only a single friend: the only black girl at school. She became interested in gymnastics at a very early age, and began taking lessons when she was around six, however, Jessica’s mother was afraid that she might hurt herself, and forbade her to continue practicing it. Jessica then became interested in acting while attending a local high school, joined its drama club, and appeared in various plays performed at the school.
