Kevin is one of five children born to Mary Anne and Thomas Farley, who owned an oil company. His siblings include the late actor Chris Farley, and John P. Farley who is also an actor. Kevin graduated from Marquette University, and soon started pursuing his acting career.

He started with an uncredited role in the film “Tommy Boy” (1995), in which his brother Chris had the lead role, and then continued with small roles in such films as “Black Sheep” (1996), again appearing next to his brother, and also repeating the same thing in the action comedy “Beverly Hills Ninja” (1997). The following year he had a small role in the film “The Waterboy”, starring Adam Sandler and Kathy Bates, so his net worth was at least established.

Kevin started the new millennium quite successfully as he was selected for the role of Doug Linus, one of the singer of a fictional boy band called 2gether, in the film of the same name, next to Noah Bastian, Alan Blumeneld and Michael Cuccione. He repeated his role in the TV series “2gether” (2000-2001) which was moderately successful.

Although he has now appeared in more than 90 film and TV titles, Kevin hasn’t had enormous success, since his roles have mostly been minor roles in low budget films, and one time appearances in episodes of TV series. However, some of his appearances do stand out, such as those in “Joe Dirt” (2001), “Just Shoot Me!” (2002-2003), “An American Carol” (2008), with Kelsey Grammer and Leslie Nielsen, “Cellmates” (2011), and “Still the King” (2016) portraying Mitch Doily. He is also set to appear in such films as “Tomboy”, “Pitching Tents” (2017), “Crowning Jules”, and “The Bigfoot Project”, all of which are scheduled for a release later in 2017.

In 2015, he produced a documentary film about the life and career of his deceased brother, Chris Farley, entitled “I Am Chris Farley”, in which such stars as Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Christina Applegate, Tom Arnold and David Spade among others appear, sharing their thoughts about Chris.

Regarding his personal life, Kevin married Denise Trotter in 2004, however they are now divorced.
