Julius Deion Randle, born on the 29th of November 1994, is an American basketball player who became known through playing for the team Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

So how much is Randle’s net worth? As of early 2018, based on authoritative sources it is reported to be $9 million acquired from his years as a professional basketball player which began in 2014.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Randle is the son of Carolyn Kyles, also a basketball player who played college ball for Texas-Arlington. He was raised by his mother alone, as when growing up his father was never in the picture. With his mother’s height of 6’2”, he also grew up to be a tall athletic kid, and fell in love with basketball. Randle attended Prestonwood Christian Academy, and joined his school’s basketball team. Some of his accolades during his high school playing years included winning the Under Armour Elite 24 Dunk Contest, being named the MVP of the Elite 24 game, and regarded as one of the top five players of his class in 2013.

During 2013, Randle was also listed as the No.1 power forward in the nation, and also the No.2 player overall. He was also considered a 5-star recruit by Rivals.com and was ESPN’s No.3 overall player for the high school graduating class of 2013.

Randle later chose to attend the University of Kentucky and play for the school’s team. He was immediately named one of the 10 semi-finalists for the Naismith College Player of the Year. In his one year, he totalled 40 games, and averaged 15.0 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 30.8 minutes per game. So with his thriving record as a college basketball player, Randle decided to forego his three remaining years in college, and declare for the NBA Draft in April 2014.

Randle was selected in the NBA draft as seventh overall pick by the Los Angeles Lakers. His entry into the NBA started his career as a professional basketball player and also tremendously established his net worth. On October 2014, Randle debuted for the Lakers, however, his first game ended in an injury when he broke his right tibia, causing him to miss the rest of the season, but after undergoing surgery, he was able to go back up and join the team in the following year.

The 2015-16 season was solid for Julius, who scored his first triple-double with 13 points, 18 rebounds and 10 assists against the Denver Nuggets, at 21 the youngest Lakers player since Magic Johnson to achieve the feat. Later he grabbed a career high 20 rebounds against the LA Clippers. After the season end, he joined the US National team practicing for the Rio Olympics, although later cut. The following season he recorded three more triple-doubles, and set a personal record of 32 points in a game against the Houston Rockets, and in the current season has added two more triple-doubles to his name.

In terms of his personal life, Randle is married to Kendra Shaw and together they have a son named Kyden. He is also a known devout Christian.
