Jonathan stared his career appearing in numerous plays, including “Our Country’s Good”. Togo then starred in the sci-fi series “Special Unit 2”, which focuses on a top secret Chicago police division handling mythological beings known as “Links”. He was eventually cast to become a part of “CSI: Miami” during its third season in 2004, and starring David Caruso; it is the first direct spin-off of “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” and has a very similar treatment. He also made a guest appearance in the CBS legal drama series “Judging Amy”, and had a small role in “Mystic River”.

Togo has produced web series too, including “My Best Friend Is My Penis” in 2008, directing and writing the show which became a part of Atom.com. He also starred in “Casted: The Continuing Chronicles of Derek Riffchyn, Greatest Casting Director in the World. Ever”, playing the role of the titular character, portrayed as a crass, sassy and somewhat abusive casting director. The web series also features Justin Long. In 2010, Jonathan then appeared in the film “Identical”, playing twin brothers who fall in love with the same woman. His efforts meant a steady growth in his net worth.

One of his latest projects is “Covert Affairs” which started in 2010 as part of the USA Network, starring Piper Perabo and Christopher Gorham. Togo appeared during the third season of the show, however, it was eventually cancelled in 2015 after five seasons.
