In 2010, Olivia got into trouble with authority when she was arrested in Palm Beach for speeding. The officers found marijuana and an open bottle of alcohol during her arrest, but she denied ‘knowing anything about the drugs’ as Florida Police reported. Olivia’s husband had been arrested several times before they welcomed their daughter. In 2006, he was charged with grand theft auto, burglary, and possession of the illegal drug, crystal methamphetamine. According to New York Daily News, Baker had also been arrested for allegedly robbing a local McDonald’s outlet in 2005.
