Glen Travis Campbell was born on the 22nd April 1936, in Delight, Arkansas USA. He was a professional guitarist, and was one of the most popular American country pop singers back in the ’60s and ’70s, with over 70 albums released and over 50 million records sold in more than 50 years. His name is often associated with singles like “Wichita Lineman”, “By the Time I Get to Phoenix”, and “Rhinestone Cowboy”. Besides being a musician, Glen Campbell was also popular as a television host and sometimes even an actor. He passed way in August 2017.

Glen lived his last couple of years in a care facility in Nashville, because his health condition required permanent care. He passed away on 8 Aug 2017, with members of his family apparently still fighting to obtain control over Glen’s affairs.
