Born as Muhamed Yusuf Khan on the 11th December 1922 in Peshawar, North-West Frontier Province, British India, Dilip is an actor, producer, and an activist, best known to the world for his roles in such Indian films as âMadhumatiâ (1958), âGunga Jumnaâ (1961), and âShaktiâ (1982), among many others, earning the nickname âTragedy Kingâ, and âFirst Khanâ, due to his extreme popularity.
