Who is Dan Mintz?

Daniel Alexander ‘Dan’ Mintz was born in Anchorage, Alaska USA, on 25 September 1981 – his zodiac sign is Libra, and he holds American nationality. He’s an actor, film writer and producer, with 18 acting credits to his name, while he’s perhaps known best for his portrayal of Vendor in the critically acclaimed comedy series “Veep”, created by Armando Iannucci, and which starred Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Tony Hale and Anna Chlumsky. Early life and education

Dan was raised in Anchorage by his parents, about whom not a lot is known, as Daniel respects their privacy; because he hasn’t spoken of having any siblings, he’s believed to be an only child.

He became interested in writing and comedy while attending a local high school, and performed in a couple of shows organized at school, doing stand-up comedy. Dan was into various other activities during his four years there, including playing the guitar and practicing tennis.

Upon matriculating in 2000, he enrolled at Harvard University, and was a writer for its humor magazine “The Harvard Lampoon”; he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004.

Dan made his debut film appearance in the 2003 comedy “The Offensive Show”, directed by Gary Auerbach and which starred Lisa Arch, Scott Aukerman and Matt Besser. On 29 May 2011, Dan exchanged vows with the American actress and comedienne Margie Kment, who’s known best for performing stand-up comedy around Los Angeles and New York City. She has given birth to their son Sam and daughter Anna, however, Dan and Margie are keeping their children away from the media’s attention, and haven’t even shared the dates of their births with the public.

Neither of the two have spoken of any other people whom they have perhaps been with, however, it’s widely believed that Dan had dated several women prior to meeting Margie, and some of his fans have claimed to had seen him spending time with several actresses who were, at that time, believed to be his girlfriends; however, Dan hasn’t commented on these rumors.

Dan loves to travel, and his career has taken him all around the US, as well as to several European countries, such as Italy, Germany and Spain; his dream travel destination is Iceland.
