Courtney grew up in her hometown, and from an early age started showcasing talent for the performing arts. As she got older, Courtney only nurtured her skills, and unsurprisingly was educated at Pittsburgh Creative & Performing Arts School, even appearing in the show “Extra” when she was just 12 years old. After matriculation, she continued to learn about performing arts by enrolling at the University of Arts in Philadelphia; she finished her studies in 2003.

Soon after graduating, Courtney joined a Broadway “Recue” at the Caesar’s Palace in Atlantic City, where she stayed for the next three months, building her experience and name in the acting scene. She then crossed from New Jersey to New York, setting her sights on Broadway and soon after made her Broadway debut in “Chorus Line”, followed by “Cry Baby”, and “The Little Mermaid”, all of which certainly helped increase her wealth.

After a successful start on Broadway, Courtney began slowly to try and transfer her talents to the screen, but except for a supporting role in the comedy film “Pittsburgh” in 2006, and an appearance in the short film “Earano” in 2007, Courtney didn’t have much success as a screen actress.

Instead, after she began dating Mario Lopez in 2008 after they met while involved in “A Chorus Line”, and later marrying him, Courtney appeared in and was also the guest co-host several times with Mario in the reality series “Mario Lopez: Saved by the Baby” (2010-20110), and TV special “Mario & Courtney’s Wedding Fiesta” in 2012. She had several other one-time appearances, including the one in the TV show “FabLife” (2016), which have also contributed to her net worth.

Regarding her personal life, Courtney has been married to Mario Lopez since 2012; the couple has two children together.
