Arnold is an actor, best known for his role as Imhotep in “The Mummy”, and the sequel “The Mummy Returns”. He also played Zartan in the film “GI Joe: The Rise of the Cobra” and its sequel. He was then cast in the television show “Torch Song Trilogy”, then won another award for his performance in “Melsie van Suid Wes” . In 1984 he transitioned to film, and would continue to win awards in projects such as “Boetie gaan Border toe”. He would also become a part of the sequel “Boetie op maneuvers” before starring in “Mornga” and “Saturday Night at the Palace”.
