American singer-songwriter and actor Josiah Bell was born in Los Angeles, California USA, on 28 December 1982, thus making his zodiac sign Capricorn. He’s probably known best for being the former husband of Jurnee Diana Smollett, a famous American actress.

Education and early life

Josiah’s African-American mother Resa Bell and white American father whose name hasn’t been disclosed, raised him in Los Angeles as their only child; Josiah rarely speaks about his parents, as he respects their privacy.

Vance. It follows an African-American man who’s travelling around the US in the ‘50s, in search of his father – the series won 30 of its 135 award nominations.

Jurnee’s two most recent roles have been in the  action crime movie “Spiderhead” and the action crime film “Lou” both in 2022.


She’s won 10 of her 36 award nominations, with some of her wins having been a 1998 Broadcast Film Critics Association Award for Best Child Performance for “Eve’s Bayou”, and in 2021 a Black Reel Award for Outstanding Actress, Drama Series and an AAFCA Award for Best Actress, both for her performance in “Lovecraft Country”.
