Who is Jefferson White?

American actor Jefferson White was born in Mount Vernon, Iowa USA on 3 November 1989, so Scorpio’s his zodiac sign. He’s appeared in close to 30 movies and TV series, and is probably best known for playing Jimmy Hurdstrom in the popular western series “Yellowstone”, which has been airing since 2018, now numbering 53 episodes. The series stars Kevin Costner and Luke Grimes, was created by John Linson, and follows the lives of a rancher and his family; it’s won six of the 38 awards for which it’s been nominated.

Jefferson’s debut film appearance was in the 2018 drama “Dedalus”, written and directed by Jonah Greenstein, and which starred Alexander Horner, Thomas Jay Ryan and Ashley Robicheaux. It follows the life of a grocery cashier, whose teenage step-sister was raped by her classmates. A couple of Jefferson’s following roles were in the 2018 short drama “Swallow Grass Snakes”, and in 2019 the short horror “Swipe” and the adventure mystery comedy “Treasure Trouble”.

In 2020, he starred as George in the short drama “The Mouse and the Lion”, written and directed by Lain Kienzle, and which also starred Izzie Steele and Collin Medford; the movie follows a family who found a wounded WWI soldier on their doorstep in 1920. Jefferson’s following three roles were in the 2020 short thriller “A Home in the Middle”, the 2021 romantic drama “No Future”, and the 2022 thriller “God’s Country”.

Most recently, in 2023, he played Buck Warren in the mystery thriller “Eileen”, directed by William Oldroyd, and which starred Thomasin McKenzie, Shea Whigham and Sam Nivola; it follows a woman who’s working at a prison facility, and has fallen for her co-worker.
